Ten questions. Two minutes. A plain answer about what is really driving it, and what to do instead.
Answer honestly. Your result is only as good as the picture you give it.

The fastest way to end bedtime battles is to make getting into bed worth more than avoiding it. Give your child real choices as part of the routine, not as a reward for protesting. Do they want you to pick the story or pick it themselves, one story or two, which pyjamas, which cuddly toy goes in first.
Then attach something to the morning that they only get if bedtime goes well, like cartoons with breakfast or choosing their own outfit for the day. Name it before bedtime starts, not during the argument.
One thing to hold. Every choice has to be offered before the protest starts. Hand one over mid tantrum and you have just taught them that kicking off gets them a say.
Your full bedtime plan is on its way to your inbox. If you want it built around your child rather than a category, an Insight Session gets you a plan you can run tomorrow night.
